1. Choose the right tier

Entry gifts are best for quick sympathy purchases. Plush works for soft comfort. Needle felted pieces are the high-end display tier.

2. Upload pet references

Use clear front, side and detail photos. Add personality notes, markings, eye color and any memorial wording.

3. Studio review

Orders enter the monthly queue. If references are unclear, the studio may request better photos before production.

4. Handmade production

Plush and small gifts are faster. Needle felted portraits and sculptures take longer because they are hand-shaped.

5. Final preparation

Gift-ready items should include thoughtful packaging, care notes and clear expectations for display or use.
